A winning innovative project shall be implemented according to the following scheme:

The Organizer of the Contest shall facilitate the Author/Authors in patenting the winning project.
The investor (-s) shall engage the project only after sighning the corresponding License Agreement with the Author/Authors.
With a view to implementation of the winning project or idea here, in Ukraine, shall be established a special enterprise. The Author of the Project shall become its co-owner, and manager of the project responsible for research-and-development (R&D).
