The Organizing Committee acts under the Constitution of Innovative technologies Contest “Ideas – to Life!” and exercise the following functions:

• Promotion of the Contest (advertising, PR etc.);
• Drafting of the Contest documentation; consulting on filling the application forms;
• Reception and registration of Entries submitted to the Contest;
• Verification of Entries in accordance with the Contest terms and rules (formal selection);
• Technical examination support (under the established criteria);
• Systematization of the Expert Council’s decisions; approving of the list of Entries admitted to the next stage of the Contest;
• Commercial examination support;
• Systematization of the Corporate Council’s decisions;
• Coordination of the Entries at all stages of contest selection;
• Preparation of resulting documents of the Contest;
• Arrangement of the Awarding Ceremony of the Contest;
• Management of cooperation with enterprises, organizations, institutions and governmental bodies concerned;
• Notification of the Entrants about the results of technical and commercial examination of the Entries;
• Arrangement of presentations of the Entries;
• Exercise of other functions necessary for organization and holding the Contest.
