Cherniakov, Valentyn (Member of the Expert Council)
Education: in 1999 graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “KPI”, telecommunications department, with a degree in “Technologies and means of telecommunications”; in 2002 defended his dissertation and obtained the candidates degree.
Specialization and scientific interests: digital processing of signals (noise-immune coding, the optimum methods of detection, audio and video- processing, system of decision making), the development of mobile service systems.
Job: research officer of the telecommunications scientific research institute of NTUU “KPI”, senior research officer of the Joint-stock company “Òekhnokom-ÀÒ”.
