Krivutsa, Vladimir Georgievich (Member of the Expert Council)
Krivutsa Vladimir Georgievich is a rector of the State University of Information-Communication Technologies, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Professor, Academician, Honored worker of science and technology of Ukraine.
Born in September 15, 1948, in Chernigov region, Varva. In 1972 graduated from T. G. Shevchenko Kiev State University, specialty - “Applied mathematics”.
From 1972 worked as an engineered, chief engineer, leader of group, senior research assistant of Cybernetics Institute of Academy of Science of USSR, leading research assistant of Institute of Radiology, Kiev.
From 1992 is the first pro-rector, head of higher mathematics of the Kiev State Academy of Water-carriage.
In 1999 – 2001 is a dean of faculty of economy and management, head of higher mathematics of the National Air University.
From August 2001 is a rector of the Kiev Institute for Communication, and from May 2002 is a rector of the State University of Information-communication technologies.
Basic scientific interests are focused on research of theories of market and economic forecast, probabilistic methods of complex technical systems design, in particular, telecommunication.
The author of more than 200 monographs, textbooks, training aids and scientific papers.
Head of the Specialized Board of Academics of defense of doctoral and Ph.D. thesis.
Chairman of the Board of Academics of conferment of professor and associate professor degrees.
Editor-in-chief of scientific periodicals “Bulletin of State University of Information-communication technologies”, editor-in-chief assistant of scientific periodicals “Electronics and communication”.
State University of Information-communication technologies headed by Krivutsa V. G. has IV level of accreditation. It is leading and multi-discipline educational establishment in the field of telecommunications and sphere of informatization, trains specialists of 13 specialties in the following directions: „Telecommunications”, „Information security”, „Radio engineering”, „Computer engineering”, „Mail communication”, „Sociology”, „Law”, „Management”.
According to Bologna Declaration new information technologies, effective forms and methods of new generation specialists training are used in academic activity at the university.
