Until recently Yuri Frayman held the position of Vice President of Legal Business Solutions at Hummingbird Ltd. Prior to joining Hummingbird, Mr. Frayman founded LegalKEY through his vision for the future of information management solutions needed by law firms. Mr. Frayman has spent more than 12 years helping law firms implement proactive compliance solutions to manage client information throughout the matter lifecycle – from client intake through to final disposition.  His significant understanding of the way that information flows and is utilized in law firms and the supporting technology needed, along with his desire to satisfy his clients’ needs, allowed him to develop LegalKEY as a leader and standard setter in the in law firm practice support systems, including New Business Intake, Conflicts Management, Records Management and Critical Dates Management.

Mr. Frayman's knowledge of how process automation impacts organizational efficiency and financial savings stems from his years as an independent consultant for $50 - $100M privately held manufacturing companies. Later, as a software engineer with Pierce-Leahy, he envisaged how the legal industry could benefit from the utilization of technology to streamline processes, especially as they related to records management. Mr. Frayman has numerous technology certifications and accreditations, and holds a degree in finance from Drexel University.
