The Expert Council acts under the Rules of the Expert Council .

The Expert Council is to make a technical examination of the contest projects to ascertain their patentability.

The Expert Council consists of expert commissions according to the nominations of the Contest (categories of the entries). While examining the Entries each expert acts independently from another.
Sessions of the Expert Council shall be held twice a year at least.
