By pressing “I accept” or submitting the Application, the Applicant accepts the terms of the Constitution of the Innovative Technologies Contest “Ideas - to Life!” (hereinafter “the Contest”), and shall acquire rights, undertake obligations and guarantee the following:

1. The Applicant is an individual who is at least 16 years of age.
2. The project or idea submitted to the Contest (hereinafter “the Entry”) is not invented under a contract and no legal entity possesses intellectual property rights to such invention.
3. The Applicant(-s) is (are) direct author(-s) of the innovative project or idea. No third person has any intellectual property rights to the subject of Application.
4. No person holds an exclusive license to the Entry and/or its results (output), and there is no License agreement or such agreement is invalid or the period of its validity has expired except for the agreements expiring within 3 months of the date of submitting the Application.
5. The Application corresponds with the nominations of the Contest (categories of the entries).
6. The data in the submitted documents (the Application, Questionnaire, Description of the Innovative Project) concerning the Applicant(-s), the Entry, certificates of protection (patents), third persons’ rights to the innovative project are reliable and accurate.
7. The copies attached to the Аpplication, Questionnaire and Description of the Innovation Project are authentic.
8. I (we) accept the rules of renunciation of participation in the Contest and withdrawal of the Entry determined in Section "Renunciation of participation in the Contest" of the Constitution of the Innovative Technologies Contest “Ideas - to Life!”.
9. I (we) accept the terms of Section "License agreements and other contracts" of the Constitution of the Innovative Technologies Contest “Ideas - to Life!”.
10. I (we) accept the terms of receiving the prizes stated in Section "Awarding procedure" of the Constitution of the Innovative Technologies Contest “Ideas - to Life!”.
11. I (we) shall submit to the Organizing Committee on the request and at the stated time all the documents and materials necessary for the comprehensive and impartial consideration and analysis of the Entry pursuant to the terms stipulated in Section "Information disclosure" of the Constitution of the Innovative Technologies Contest “Ideas - to Life!”. I (we) also agree that the submitted Entry will be rejected in case of my(our) refusal to provide the requested documents or failure to provide them within the fixed time.
12. I (we) agree with the terms of confidentiality set forth in Section "Confidentiality" of the Constitution of the Innovative Technologies Contest “Ideas - to Life!” and agree with the Privacy Policy Statement of the Contest published on the official website.
    

The Organizing Committee accepts the terms of the Constitution of the Innovative Technologies Contest “Ideas - to Life!” (hereinafter "the Contest") and shall acquire rights, undertake obligations and guarantee the following:

1. Reception, registration and processing of the projects or ideas (the Entries) submitted by the Applicants.
2. The Organizing Committee shall organize the work of the Expert and Corporate Councils and arrange timely handover of Entries to them.
3. Regarding the information submitted by the Applicants the Organizing Committee shall keep to the terms of confidentiality in conformity with provisions of Section "Confidentiality" of the Constitution of the Innovative Technologies Contest “Ideas - to Life!” and the Privacy Policy Statement of the Contest published on the official website.
4. The Organizing Committee shall have the right to refuse the Applicant in participation in the Contest as stated in Section "Renunciation of participation in the Contest" of the Constitution of the Innovative Technologies Contest “Ideas - to Life!”.
5. The Organizing Committee shall have the right to request the Applicant to submit additional information and/or documents concerning the Entry necessary for comprehensive and objective consideration of the Entry by the Expert and/or Corporate Councils, or directly by the Organizing Committee, under the provisions of Section "Information disclosure" of the Constitution of the Innovative Technologies Contest “Ideas - to Life!”.
6. The Organizing Committee shall be obliged to award the prize to the Applicant whose Entry wins the Contest (takes the first or the second place) under condition the Applicant observes the provisions of Sections "Awarding procedure" and "License agreements and other contracts" of the Constitution of the Innovative Technologies Contest “Ideas - to Life!”. The Organizing Committee shall also grant incentive bonuses according to the established procedure.
7. The Organizing Committee shall advise the Applicants on the following questions: the procedure of the Contest, filling of the contest documents, conclusion of license and other agreements and contracts, terms of Applicants’ data handling, stage of entry's consideration, terms and rules of participation in the Contest. To this end the Organizing Committee shall establish a special call-center.
8. The Organizing Committee is entitled to convene an extraordinary meeting of the Expert and Corporate Councils to consider, analyse and estimate particularly interesting and commercially attractive innovative projects (ideas).
9. The Organizing Committee arranges and conducts awarding of the winners.
