The Contest is held by International Foundation “Technobridge” with the assistance of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, State Research Institute of Intellectual Property of the Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine, Ukrainian Center for Innovations and Patent Information Services, Association “Ukrinterstandart”, the Center of Small Business Development "Kharkov Technologies".
The innovative ideas and projects shall be submitted in the following categories::
- Computer software;
- Computer hardware;
- Internet and networks;
- Computer (information) security;
- Telecommunications (mobile and non-mobile technologies).
The invited innovative ideas and projects shall be novel, contain sufficient “inventive step” (be non-obvious), be attractive for investments and potentially applicable to production.
The Prize Fund totals 50 000 U.S. Dollars.
To compete within the Contest the following types of projects are invited::
- Innovative idea – a project at the earliest (seed) stage of development without a prototype, and requiring considerable research and development (including projects which may require considerable investments and long application term (10-20 years));
- Innovative project – a project at the final stage of research and development; a prototype and commercialization strategy are available;
- Innovative technology – an actualized project resulted in a new output (product, service, process, method etc.) which has found a market, in case the owners of intellectual property rights are looking for more profitable sale conditions of their technology or promotion in foreign markets.
The Contest is governed by the Constitution of the Contest, and the Terms and Rules of the Contest .
The projects submitted to the Contest shall be examined by the Expert Council , consolidating scientists and experts in different branches of science, engineering and technology, academic elite representing all scientific and technical spheres corresponding with the nominations of the Contest.
The Corporate Council is to make commercial examination of the contest projects. The Corporate Council represents potential investors and determines investment profitability, marketability of selected projects and their capacity to fill market demand.

The authors of winning projects shall have, in addition to the prize, an opportunity to implement their projects.
To participate in the Contest you should register , fill in and submit Application , Questionnaire and Description of the Entry at the stated time.
The information submitted to the Contest and containing in the abovementioned documents as well as same attached thereto, shall be treated by any person who has an access to it as confidential .
